交易的具体条件尚未披露。但已经知道，VIC Game Studios计划将投资用于开发新游戏。

VIC Game Studios于2020年由知名开发者创立，开发了The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross。目前正在开发代号为Black Clover Mobile和Project B的两款游戏。
