Summer sports events are in full swing: Here's your guide to key highlights and schedules

The arrival of June marks the start of a flurry of video game announcements showcased through various livestreams.

Although the season technically began with PlayStation's State of Play last week, the bulk of trailer releases will begin on Thursday with Geoff Keighley's Summer Game Fest and continue until the Ubisoft Forward event on Monday, June 10.

Throughout this period, new revelations are expected from Xbox, IGN Live, Devolver Digital, Wholesome Games, among others.

Moreover, Nintendo will broadcast a Nintendo Direct in June to feature games slated for the second half of 2024 for the Switch. This announcement won’t cover the console's anticipated successor. More details are available here.
