The authors of Zombieland VR: Headshot Fever received $7 million from investors
British indie studio XR Games has closed a new round of funding. Praetura Ventures, Maven Capital Partners and ACT Capital Partners have invested in it.
The studio plans to spend the money received on the development of existing games and the development of new ones, further study of VR and XR technologies, as well as on moving to a more spacious office.
According to the CrunchBase portal, at the moment XR Games has raised a total of $13.6 million. In March, the developers announced their first purchase by acquiring Fierce Kaiju, the creators of the Viral VR game series.
