Ridley Scott's company has opened a VR division
The RSA film company announced the creation of a VR division that will create VR and AR content.
The new department was headed by Jen Dennis, who recently collaborated with RSA to create a VR version of Ridley Scott’s film “The Martian”.
The first project of the VR division of RSA is connected with Ridley Scott’s new picture “Alien: Covenant” (Alien: Covenant), the world premiere of which will take place on March 10 this year.
RSA President Jules Daly noted that the company has been actively using the capabilities of virtual reality for several years, and having their own department will allow them to develop this area more deeply.
RSA was founded by the Ridley brothers and Tony Scott in 1968. Ridley Scott became the director of the first film in the series about Alien aliens (Alien), released in 1979.
