Pocket Gems has become a successful publisher

The publishing "career" of Pocket Gems has taken off. Both third-party games released by the company have exceeded 2 million downloads.

Amazing Ants accumulated 2.2 million downloads in two weeks, topping the free app charts in 36 countries. The numbers for Chasing Yello are even better, with 2.3 million downloads over the same two weeks.

As a publisher, Pocket Gems, known primarily for the builder game Tap Paradise Cove, has been active since December 2012. Amazing Ants and Chasing Yello are the company's first releases in this role. Before this, the California studio largely functioned as an indie outfit, developing and publishing its own games.
