Steam Sales Chart: Three weeks of leadership Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and the return of God of War

We are studying the Steam sales chart for the 45th week of the year.

Top of the highest-grossing products on Steam for the period from November 7 to November 13#1 and #5

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II has firmly established itself at the top of the Steam chart — the game holds the first place for the third week in a row, not letting the Steam Deck on it.

Another edition of Modern Warfare II is in fifth place this time.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II#2

Steam Deck, although it no longer occupies the first place, is clearly not going to disappear from the top 3. Since the release of the new Call of Duty, Valve‘s portable PC has been on the second line of the rating, and last week was no exception.

Note that Steam Deck has been constantly present in the top three bestsellers since mid-March. This is 37 weeks in a row (of which 21 weeks in a row the device was the leader of the chart).

#3 and #10

Two more places in the fresh chart went to Sonic Frontiers, released on November 8. Sonic’s adventure was liked by the players — it received 95% positive reviews on Steam.

In addition, the title has overtaken all other parts of the series in peak online. Shortly after the release, 19,181 people played in Sonic Frontiers at the same time. For comparison: the previous record holder (Sonic Mania) had a maximum online of 11,937 people.

Sonic Frontiers#4

On November 8, the football simulator Football Manager 2023 was released. Against this background, the game was able to improve its position in the chart and move seventh to fourth place.

The peak online Football Manager 2023 turned out to be much higher than that of Sonic Frontiers — the title was able to attract 75,965 people at the same time. However, it was positively evaluated by “only” 85% of Steam users.

Football Manager 2023#6

The sixth place went to pre-orders of Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The release of the action should take place on November 30.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide#7

Soulstone Survivors‘ “bagel” debuted on the seventh line. The game was released in early access format on November 7 and received a rather warm welcome — it has 88% positive ratings on Steam. The project is compared to Vampire Survivors and praised for its brisk pace and variability.

As for online, 18,854 people played Soulstone Survivors at its peak.

Soulstone Survivors#8

Released on November 9, God of War: Ragnarök spurred the interest of players in the previous part of the series. The PC version of God of War 2018 returned to the top bestsellers, hitting the eighth line, and slightly increased the daily online on Steam – to the level of 17.6 thousand people.

God of War#9

Deep Rock Galactic is another game that has returned to the Steam chart. Probably, she was able to do this thanks to a generous discount of 67% and the third season that started at the beginning of the month.
