Firefly Studios has launched its own publishing label—Wuselfaktory

An unusual move. The studio Firefly, renowned for its Stronghold series of building RTS games and owned by the publisher Devolver since 2021, announced its own publishing ambitions.
The label's first project will be the tactical autobattler Fool King from debuting studio Loot Donkey. As a publisher, Wuselfaktory has taken on the financing and marketing support of the project.
Devolver will also play a part and not stay on the sidelines. The company's producer will assist with localization and QA. In fact, it was Devolver who convinced Firefly Studios to take on publishing.
This proposal largely came in light of the highly successful experience of Hooded Horse, whose focus on strategy games helped them quickly climb to the top as one of the most successful publishers on Steam.
Given a studio like Firefly Studios, it's no surprise that Devolver decided to capitalize on its expertise in the strategy niche.
