The number of wishlists for the co-op piloting simulator Cartel Pilots Wanted has surpassed 500,000

The announcement about reaching the milestone was made in his Telegram channel by Kirill Oreshkin, the CEO of Polden Publishing.

Cartel Pilots Wanted

According to the graph shared by Oreshkin, Cartel Pilots Wanted was most frequently added to wishlists immediately after the announcement in mid-spring — on April 18, the game garnered 116.9 thousand wishlists in just one day. Interest has waned since then, but the creators of Cartel Pilots Wanted are preparing to launch the first playtest soon, which may boost activity once again.

The largest number of wishlists for Cartel Pilots Wanted came from gamers in the United States (116.7 thousand), Germany (44.5 thousand), and Russia (33.8 thousand).

To remind, Cartel Pilots Wanted is a cooperative simulator where players take on the role of pilots unexpectedly recruited by a drug cartel* and forced to become smugglers. The game is being developed by the indie studio OldYacht.

The release date for Cartel Pilots Wanted is unknown.
