Raw Fury will acquire Neon Doctrine — the publisher of Lost Castle and Yuppie Psycho

It has become known that a merger between two game publishers is imminent: Taiwanese company Neon Doctrine will become part of Swedish Raw Fury.

Yuppie Psycho

This was announced on LinkedIn by Iain Garner, co-founder and CEO of Neon Doctrine. According to him, the acquisition will take place as part of a restructuring of the parent company of both publishers, Combined Effect.

Garner added that the acquisition signifies "the end of Neon Doctrine as we know it." Once the deal is finalized, Raw Fury will manage all of its games, and Garner, along with the company's other founder, Vlad Tsõpljak, will step down.

"In the 10 years of Neon Doctrine's existence, we have grown from three people working in my kitchen in China to an international publisher supporting over 30 amazing games and collaborating with talented developers around the world. I am proud of what we have achieved and deeply grateful to everyone who was part of this journey," Garner stated.

Neon Doctrine was founded in 2015. Among the games it has released are titles such as Lost Castle, Yuppie Psycho, Simulacra, Altheia: The Wrath of Aferi, The Library of Babel, and Hazel Sky.
