Battlefield 6 surpassed Counter-Strike 2 in weekly revenue on Steam

The top spot in the latest Steam chart predictably went to Battlefield 6. The new release made a strong debut, surpassing all other games on the platform in revenue from October 7–14, both paid and free-to-play.

Battlefield 6

Counter-Strike 2 is close behind Battlefield 6, temporarily dropping to second place.

EA Sports FC 26 rounded out the top three. The football simulator slightly improved its position in the chart compared to the previous week when it was in fifth place. This was despite "mixed" reviews—EA Sports FC 26 was praised in only 47% of reviews on Steam.

Little Nightmares III debuted in the sixth position on the chart. Among other new releases, notable mentions include Blue Protocol: Star Resonance (seventh place), Absolum (23rd place), The Farmer Was Replaced (57th place), and Seafarer: The Ship Sim (67th place).
