Remember, Resident Evil Requiem surpassed the first million wishlists at the end of June. Thus, it took the game just over three months to accumulate another million.

Capcom did not share the breakdown of wishlists by platform. However, according to data from SteamDB, a significant portion is attributed to the Steam version. Currently, Resident Evil Requiem ranks 11th in the list of the most wished-for upcoming games in Valve's store, positioned between Blight: Survival and Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2.

The release of Resident Evil Requiem is set for February 27, 2026, on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2.
