The Edge of Fate expansion brought Destiny 2 back into the top 3 of the Steam sales chart

During the week of July 15 to 22, the top ten of the Steam sales chart was almost entirely made up of free-to-play games. As before, the first two spots were claimed by Counter-Strike 2 and PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. Destiny 2 climbed to third place, buoyed by the release of a new expansion.

The DLC itself, titled The Edge of Fate, also made it to the chart but much lower, landing at 19th place.

In fourth place was the game about pony girls, Umamusume: Pretty Derby, followed by Marvel Rivals.

The only paid games in the top ten were Peak and RimWorld. The latter's weekly earnings, it should be noted, increased with the release of the Odyssey expansion.

The TCG Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond greatly improved its chart position, jumping 74 spots to ninth place in a week. This is likely thanks to the addition of a new card deck to the game.

Let's also note the newcomers in the chart. Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition debuted at 14th place, Neon Abyss 2 at 74th, Little Fighter 2 Remastered at 81st, He is Coming at 89th, and The Wandering Village at 100th.
