While Alkimia Interactive continues to work on Gothic 1 Remake, Steam users are actively adding the game to their wishlists. As of today, the Gothic remake has garnered over a million wishlists on the platform.

Thanks to this, Gothic 1 Remake has secured 22nd place among the most anticipated unreleased games on Steam. It is positioned between Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater and Half Sword.
Alkimia Interactive thanked the players for their support and assured them that they are working hard to create a worthy successor to the original game.
Gothic 1 Remake will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series. The release date is still unknown.
