The Russian strategy game The Scouring has garnered over 100,000 wishlist adds
At the end of last year, the Russian indie team Orc Group announced The Scouring—a multiplayer real-time strategy game with action-RPG elements inspired by Warcraft. Since then, more than 100,000 Steam users have added the game to their wishlists.

According to SteamDB, The Scouring currently ranks 364th among the most wished-for upcoming games on the platform, surpassing projects like Beholder: Conductor, Wuthering Waves, and Marathon in the number of wishlists.
Earlier, the demo of The Scouring showed promising results on Steam. It became available on January 6, 2025, and to date has received 881 reviews, 86% of which are positive. Notably, the majority of reviews are written in English (37.3%). Russian reviews come second in prevalence (24%), and simplified Chinese reviews complete the top three (19.2%).
As shown by SteamDB, the demo of The Scouring had a peak concurrent player count of 1,149.
