  • 223 new titles sold more than 100,000 copies on Steam — which is 1.23% of all 2024 releases.

According to the data collected by Carless, Steam emerged as the leader last year in terms of both the number of successful new releases and games with fresh IPs. This isn’t surprising considering the volume of projects debuting on the platform. However, in percentage terms, another picture emerges — from this perspective, PlayStation shows the best results.
