Dragon Age: The Veilguard becomes 2nd highest-grossing premium game on Steam, behind only Black Ops 6
Thanks to various Halloween sales events, many older hits games returned to the Steam charts over the past seven days. However, the top spots are still occupied by new releases and evergreen hits.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 remained the highest-grossing game on Steam for the week of October 29-November 5. Dragon Age: The Veilguard jumped 21 spots following its launch on October 31, landing at #3 overall (#2 when only looking at premium titles).
BioWare’s new action RPG received mostly positive reviews from players and peaked at over 89k concurrent users. This is the best launch in the studio’s history, as well as the 9th biggest game published by EA in terms of peak CCU on Steam.
Monster Hunter Wilds continues to climb the charts, moving up 12 positions to #5 overall (#3 among premium titles). Pre-orders for the game are really strong, especially given that it is only coming out on February 11. Thanks to its free open beta (463k peak CCU), Wilds has also saw almost 70k new followers in the last week.
Red Dead Redemption, which hit Steam on October 29, landed at #10 overall (up 80 positions from the previous week).

Top 20 highest-grossing products on Steam, including F2P titles and Steam Deck, for the week of October 29-November 5
Helldivers 2 jumped 24 positions to #14 overall (#8 among premium games) thanks to its new patch and battle pass.
Many games returned to the top 20 thanks to discounts. Cyberpunk 2077 (50% off) landed at #9 overall, followed by Sons of the Forest (#11, -45%), Resident Evil 4 (#17, -50%), The Forest (#20, -80%), Battlefield 2042 (#25, -92%), and Stellaris (#28, -75%).
Phasmophobia returned to the top 100 at 35th place thanks to its Crimson Eye update and a 25% discount. The co-op horror game also recently surpassed 20 million copies sold globally.
