The First Descendant

According to SteamDB, within the first hours after release, the Steam version of The First Descendant attracted several tens of thousands of simultaneous users. At the time of writing, the shooter's online presence exceeded 220,000 people, and this number continues to grow.

The First Descendant's online dynamics on Steam

Among the games released in 2024, only four* games demonstrated a higher online presence on Steam than The First Descendant: Palworld (2.1 million users), Helldivers 2 (458.7 thousand users), Last Epoch (264.7 thousand users), and Dragon’s Dogma 2 (228.5 thousand users).

Currently, The First Descendant has a "mixed" rating on Steam, with only 43% of reviews being positive. Many players are complaining about optimization, the monetization system, and the game's strong resemblance to Warframe and Destiny 2.

*We did not count Banana, which has over 917,000 users online, as a significant portion of the project's audience consists of bots.
