According to analysts' estimates, sales of the Steam version of Ghost of Tsushima exceeded 800,000 copies
Ghost of Tsushima is the latest Sony game on PC. It was released on Steam and the Epic Games Store on May 16, 2024, almost four years after its debut on PlayStation consoles. VG Insights analyzed the game's performance on Steam.

- Two months before its release, Ghost of Tsushima amassed 1.42 million wishlists on Steam.
- In the first 20 days, Ghost of Tsushima sold over 800,000 copies in Valve’s store. This is one of the best results among Sony's releases on Steam. Approximately similar sales were seen at launch with Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Horizon Zero Dawn.
- Furthermore, Ghost of Tsushima retains its audience better. Currently, its online presence on Steam is twice as high as that of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Horizon Zero Dawn 20 days post-launch.
- Steam players who own Ghost of Tsushima are very likely also playing Returnal, Horizon Forbidden West, Everspace 2, Lords of the Fallen, and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
