PulluP Entertainment Report: Revenue fell by 4%, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 has more than a million vishlist

French publisher PulluP Entertainment (formerly Focus Entertainment) summed up the results of the financial year ended March 31, 2024. We have selected the main thing from the report.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2

• The company's revenue amounted to 187.3 million euros. It fell by 4% year-on-year.
• 66% of the revenue came from sales of games from the back catalog - 123.5 million euros. Compared to last year, the income from them increased by 89% at once. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, Evil West, Atomic Heart, SnowRunner, Insurgency: Sandstorm, as well as games from the Plague Tale and Train Sim World series showed themselves best.
• Sales of new games amounted to 53.6 million euros. This is 58% less than a year ago. As the company explains, the drop is partly due to the delay of the Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
• PulluP Entertainment noted that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is among the top most desired games on Steam — it has collected more than a million vishlists. The release is scheduled for September 9, 2024 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
• The company is going to release 65 new games in the next three years.
• PulluP Entertainment intends to pay more attention to its own IP. The company wants them to bring in 50% of revenue.
