Books and movies appeared on RU Google Play
Books and movies are now available in the Russian Play Store:

Prices, as far as I have noticed, range from 50-100 rubles.
Some films can be bought or rented for 48 hours, some are available only for rental. Prices are also in the range of 50-100 rubles.
