VK allowed individual developers to add applications to RuStore
Previously, only companies and sole proprietors could do this.
When registering in RuStore, developers need to provide VK ID, the address of the site / page in the social network, phone number and email. Then they have to confirm their identity by uploading a passport photo and showing their face to the camera.
