Polish CI Games decided to completely buy the indie publisher United Label

Now she owns 78.5% of the publisher’s shares. CI Games wants to buy out the remaining 21.5% and is ready to pay 18.02 zloty ($4.07) in cash for each share. If the deal goes through, the market value of United Label will reach 22.98 million zlotys ($5.2 million).

As CI Games stated, by regaining full control over the United Label, it will be able to better help that with development.

All this is happening on the eve of a potential double listing of CI Games on the London Stock Exchange.

CI Games founded United Label in 2019. Since then, the indie publisher has released games such as Röki, Tales of Iron and Eldest Souls.
