Azur Games has become a publisher of blockchain games. Together with Nafta, it plans to quickly check the viability of NFT projects
Mobile publisher and developer Azur Games continues to expand into the gaming blockchain market. The company announced the launch of a new direction within its walls. It will publish and support gaming teams that want to take up NFT gaming.
The company reports that it will provide future partners with “ready-made solutions and assistance in integrating blockchain” into their products. Azur Games is ready, among other things, to adapt to the blockchain those games that were not originally created for NFT.
“We will help to do all the tokenomics and integration of the blockchain part, and they [developers] will be able to concentrate on the gameplay,” says Dmitry Yaminsky, co-founder of Azur Games, in connection with the announcement.
It is not Azur Games itself that will be responsible for the technical implementation of the blockchain in games, but its exclusive partner, the company Nafta. We are talking about the implementation of the SDK, the development of the marketplace, support for NFT collections, wallets and other similar tasks.
As for Azur, her main responsibilities will include: marketing, audience engagement, working with the community, as well as assistance with development at the level of game design, balance, and economy settings.
The company hopes that the new department will allow it to quickly check the potential (and, in general, the viability) of gaming blockchain projects.
The launch of the blockchain games publishing direction is part of Azur Games’ strategy to strengthen its position in the NFT market. Last year, the company announced its first blockchain project Axes Metaverse, and also announced plans to invest up to $10 million in its own NFT initiatives for 2022.
