The first three places in the Steam bestseller chart went to Battlefield 2042. The next two are for Forza Horizon 5
Battlefield 2042 and Forza Horizon 5 continue to lead the chart of the best-selling games on Steam. Last week, they again got the entire first half of the rating. Also in the top of the bestsellers was the upcoming Halo Infinite story campaign.
Battlefield 2042
The best sales were demonstrated by Battlefield 2042, which now occupied all three first lines (last time it was on the first, fourth and fifth places of the Steam chart).
Recall that although some gamers got access to Battlefield 2042 on November 12, the full release of the multiplayer shooter took place only three days ago on Friday, November 19. At the same time, the game reached a peak online of 105,397 people. Now its online has decreased by more than half — to 43,625 simultaneous players at the time of writing the news.
Nevertheless, a significant part of the audience is dissatisfied with the shooter. Battlefield 2042 ranked eighth in the list of the worst games in Steam history in terms of user ratings — only 26% of all reviews were positive.
Last week, Ruined King: A League of Legends Story also showed strong sales. The RPG in the League of Legends universe was released on Tuesday, November 16, and thanks to various publications took two places in the Steam chart at once — the sixth and seventh.
Among other new products of the chart were Halo Infinite, which took the ninth place, and Farming Simulator 22, which is located on the tenth line.
Age of Empires IV, which was in sixth place the previous time, dropped to the eighth line of the rating.
