5 million downloads were collected by the Russian mobile publisher “Interactive Cartoon”
The domestic developer and publisher of children’s mobile games “Interactive Cartoon” reported that during the year downloads of all its games reached the mark of 5 million.
We are talking about the total installations of six games that the company managed to release in the first year of its existence: “Arkady Locomotives”, “Pieces of Paper”, “Mi-mi-bears”, “CARTOON”, “Multiknow: Words“ and ”Magic Lantern”.
Most of the downloads were in the CIS. This is due to the fact that “Interactive Cartoon”, which is a brand of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK), creates projects based on the series of the Russian TV channel “CARTOON”, which are shown mainly on domestic sites.
The leader in downloads, as reported App2Top.ru , became the project “Papers“, despite the fact that it was released later than the company’s debut project — “Arkady Parovozov”.
Recall that at the end of January this year, the company could already boast of more than 1 million downloads (the head of children’s projects of the VGTRK gaming direction, Alexey Ilyin, then said in an interview with us that “Arkady Locomotives” was installed on 850 thousand devices, and “Pieces of Paper” on 265 thousand).
