GDC: a "test drive" of games will appear on Google Play
During the GDC, Google announced a new feature. Android device users will have the opportunity to play the game even before installation.
Technically, the new feature is an improved interactive advertising. It works like this: the user enters the name of the game, finds the desired title and then plays the demo directly in the search results.
The “test drive” time is limited to 10 minutes. After that, the user either returns to the store or downloads the game. The feature will only work when connected to Wi-Fi.
The innovation will appear “in the next few weeks.”
