App Store Aggressively Promotes Clash Royale
Apple has high hopes for the latest Supercell game. The Apple company has prepared a special feature for Clash Royale.
Quite predictably, the game received a large banner on the main page. Clash Royale also received a branded page in iTunes.
But it didn’t stop there. On the same main page of the app store, the first row of small banners — and there are 7 of them — are occupied by Clash Royale. Each banner is special. All of them lead to a separate page in the market with a detailed description of the game and six units.
Such a promotion is unprecedented. However, it is possible that in the future Apple will resort to it more than once, wanting to enhance the effectiveness of the feature.
The project is also progressing on Google Play. But in the latter case, it cost a feature on the main page and an icon in the “New Products”.
