Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II#4 and 5

Last Friday, the release of the horror
The Callisto Protocol took place. The game was poorly received, especially the PC version. Users criticized it for poor optimization, numerous bugs and much more. As a result, The Callisto Protocol was able to receive only 27% positive reviews on Steam. Critics were not too enthusiastic about horror either — they rated the game 72-76 points depending on the platform (Metacritic).

However, on December 3, the developers released a patch that solved some of the problems on the PC. After that, the rating of The Callisto Protocol on Steam rose to 54%.

Note that, according to game director Glen Schofield, horror at the start turned out to be almost unplayable due to human error. Someone in the studio hurried and uploaded the wrong file to the release version of the project.

Red Dead Redemption 2 dropped from third to sixth place on the chart. Recall that last time the western was able to climb so high thanks to the sale that lasted on Steam from November 22 to November 29.

Red Dead Redemption 2#7

Cyberpunk 2077, which took fifth place a week earlier, also went down a few lines.

All the other games that entered the Steam chart last time as part of the fall sale (God of War, It Takes Two, Battlefield V and others) have disappeared from the bestseller list.

The eighth place went to Need for Speed Unbound — another novelty in the chart. It was released on December 2 and received good ratings. On Steam, the racing game scored 78% positive reviews, and on Metacritic — 80-81 points out of 100.
