Jin Universe Studios has commenced operations, securing financial support from investors to develop their initial project, "Aether Dawn"

Jin Universe Studios, a company headquartered in Singapore, has announced its formation with backing from Arbitrum Gaming Ventures and Bitkraft Ventures. This investment, whose amount has not been disclosed, aims to support the creation of the studio's first game, Aether Dawn. This role-playing game, inspired by anime and featuring hack-and-slash elements, is envisioned as a durable intellectual property.
The studio was established by Tack Wei Ho and Tack Jun Ho. The team involved brings experience from firms like Tencent, Hypergryph Network Technology, and Kuro Games, with their repertoire including titles such as Hitori no Shita (The Hidden Ones), Arknights, and Wuthering Waves.
According to co-founder Tack Wei Ho, the appeal of anime-style games is rapidly growing on a global scale, leading to increased demand. He noted that Aether Dawn is designed to meet fans' expectations of the genre while advancing gameplay significantly. The involvement of AGV and Bitkraft is pivotal for realizing this ambition.
Jonathan Huang, a partner at Bitkraft Ventures, expressed continued admiration for Jin Universe Studios since their inception, citing the team’s execution of their vision. He highlighted that Aether Dawn combines intense ARPG action with the endless replayability characteristic of roguelites, filling a unique niche in the market. He welcomed AGV in aiding the global expansion of the IP.
