Clone Wars: Snail Games Studio Sues Skymoons
Chinese studio Snail Games is suing Skymoons. At the same time, Blizzard has claims against Snail Games itself. The reason in both cases is copyright infringement.
One of the flagship Snail Games is the Taichi Panda game. Representatives of the company believe that The Skymoons studio copied the title The Journey Of Flower from her.

What does Blizzard have to do with it?
The Western studio, in turn, is sure that one of the title characters of Taichi Panda looks suspiciously like a pandaren, a representative of a race of panda-like creatures from the world of Warcraft.

The additional colors of the story are added by the fact that just a few months ago Blizzard was accused of copying Lilith Games from China.
The claims sounded similar. Blizzard stated that Lilith Games borrowed characters and setting from World of Warcarft.
The conclusion looks like a captain’s obvious: either the global gaming community will find a way to fight the theft of intellectual property, or it will plunge into an endless (and useless) clone war.
