The course for a billion dollars a year was set by Kevin Chou, CEO of Kabam.
In his blog, he described exactly how the company is going to earn them. To achieve the goal, it will reduce the number of titles produced. But it will make them more qualitative – they will all comply with the “standard of console AAA projects”.
Kabam is going to make China one of its main markets.
“As Kabam prepares to release games in China, over the past couple of years we have entered into financial and strategic partnership agreements with three large local companies,” Chu reports.
The decision is quite justified – analysts note that the Chinese mobile market is the second largest in the world.
