Rumor: Hearthstone for smartphones will be released within two weeks
Data rippers from the Hearthpwn website found lines in the latest Hearthstone patch indicating the imminent appearance of a smartphone version of the game in mobile stores.
As our colleagues with TouchArcade note, one of the advantages of the huge popularity of games like Hearthstone is that there are always people who sort out similar projects and updates to them to the last cog.
So it happened this time, when the craftsmen from Hearthpwn decided to thoroughly study what the latest patch brings to the game – Blackrock Mountain Patch 8311. You can find out in detail what they found here, but we are primarily interested in the appearance of two new achievements – for playing on an iPhone and for playing on an Android smartphone, as well as the appearance of the following requirements in the game: iPhone 4S and above, and iPod Touch 5 and above.
Starting from the fact that information about Goblins vs Gnomes was unearthed in a similar way (it became known about the imminent release of an update for mobile devices from a patch that includes lists of new achievements), TouchArcade concluded: we shouldn’t wait long for Hearthstone for smartphones. Having estimated how much time has passed since the release of the pre-Goblins vs Gnomes patch and the add-on itself, the journalists made the assumption that players can wait for the game on the 2nd or 9th.
Plus, don’t forget: the new bulk mission pack “Black Mountain” is released on April 3.
