A Korean startup will create a mobile first-person shooter

Korean gaming startup A-33 Studio received $700,000 to create a first-person shooter.

The money came from the K Cube Ventures venture capital fund. The game called Project S will be the studio's debut project.

Interestingly, the CEO of the startup, Dong-sun Kim, previously led the development of Counter Strike Online. Key members of his team have the same experience.

"A-33 Studio has very specific knowledge in this particular genre, as they have been developing first—person shooters since this gaming era just began," said Ki-jun Kim, a partner at K Cube Ventures. — The mobile FPS market has huge growth potential. We believe that the A-33 Studio will bring revolutionary changes to this market."
