Fuse Powered acquired Corona Labs

Fuse Powered mobile monetization service has acquired a company that develops cross-platform tools for creating games and applications. Details of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

John Walsh, CEO of Fuse Powered, told VentureBeat that the purchase of Corona Labs will help the company collaborate with customers at an earlier stage than before. Developers will simultaneously have access to tools for creating, working with, and monetizing mobile games and applications.  

"Over the past few years, we have created a powerful platform for developers," said Walter Luh, CEO of Corona Labs. Fuse is a company that, just like us, sees its task in making it easier for developers to create successful mobile games. We will continue to work on the Corona platform, and our clients will have tools for monetization and publishing of their projects. And this is just the beginning."
