Zynga Poker will return to the “classic” look
In early September, publisher and developer Zynga introduced a new version of Zynga Poker. The game's appearance has been changed to "more sophisticated and modern," according to the developers.
The reaction of the players to the innovations turned out to be mixed. Some of them appreciated the advantages of the updated style, while others demanded to return the game to its original appearance.
In an attempt to please both, Zynga announced the launch of Zynga Poker Classic. The game will take on its original "traditional" look. At the same time, the new version of the title will still be available for download. The user will be able to play in both versions under their credentials, while achievements (progress, winnings, etc.) will be saved.
"In order to preserve the advantages inherent in both versions of the game, we are preparing to offer two products — Zynga Poker Classic and the new Zynga Poker," said Jon B. Liu, vice president of the Zynga Poker project, in a blog post.
It is expected that the game will appear on iOS within the next week, while the Android version will be released a little later.

Zynga is a pioneer company in the social gaming market. It was founded in 2007. She earned her capital on Texas Hold'em Poker (now Zynga Poker). In 2008, she raised an investment of $29 million, which allowed her to acquire MyMiniLife, at that moment having just completed the Farmville time manager. In 2011, Zynga successfully entered the IPO, raising more than $1 billion during the placement of shares. Then the company continued its policy of acquiring promising companies. This led to a severe drop in income. As a result, in the summer of 2014, the founder of the company, Mark Pincus, resigned as CEO, giving way to the former head of Microsoft's entertainment division, Don Mattrick.
