AdvertMobile: when a user receives a reward for installation, his attitude towards the application is initially better

I will start with this not the most standard question-judgment. Now, when you go to the websites of advertising companies, you are offered a withdrawal to the top. That is, not loyal users, not targeted traffic, but a position in the free chart. To what extent is this approach justified today, why not go to Facebook and buy target users?Getting to the top and holding positions in it is the most effective technique for promoting free applications today.

 

Attracting users from Facebook and other social networks is a separate way of promoting applications aimed at achieving their own goals. Therefore, it is not entirely correct to compare traffic from systems promising a conclusion in that and Facebook.

Moreover, the issue of loyalty is controversial. When a user receives a reward for installing an application, his attitude to the downloaded content is initially better. 

You should also pay attention to such an indicator as ROI (Return on Investments). Attracting unmotivated traffic is more expensive, and there is no guarantee that users will invest money in the project. For the same funds, the developer can attract a much larger number of motivated installations, which is potentially more profitable. 

Is it possible to say, at least approximately, how much organic matter can be provided by being in a certain position in the free top (for example, how much will the average “three-in-a-row” who gets into the free Top 10 get)?It is quite difficult to talk about absolute figures, because there are many factors at work here: the name of the developer, the category of the application, the season and many others.

According to research conducted by European companies ForesterResearch and Nielsen, 63% of Android device users find new apps to download in GooglePlay tops. Accordingly, everyone who is not in the top misses this volume of users. The number of installations of applications from the Top 10 can be significantly affected by the application icon or its description in the market, so these aspects should also be taken very seriously. 

In general, based on your experience, which game projects show the best level of organic downloads after being placed in the top?No matter how banal it may sound, but after being placed in the top, the best results are shown by the highest quality game projects.

Here we are talking, first of all, about the retention rates. 

Speaking directly about AdvertMobile, how many motivated downloads can you provide at a time? Now there are about 200,000 real users from different regions in our system.

The number of installations we can provide depends on the targeting settings. If the order is distributed to all regions and will be available for all Android versions from 2.3 and above, then about 30,000 in the first day, and then about 2500 – 3,000 every day.

Where does the traffic come from: do you pay users for installations or ask them to perform actions to get buns in other projects?We have our own application through which users learn about new orders, receive a reward and transfer it to mobile phone accounts or various electronic wallets.

We deliberately created just such a scheme, because we consider it more profitable for advertisers. Our users, when completing a task, do not have a specific goal to spend the earned funds in a particular game, which means they pay more attention to the project that our system offers them. 

I can’t help but ask, how much does your installation cost?An installation in our system costs from 10 rubles, an installation with a positive review – from 14 rubles, you can also order the retention of the application on the user’s device for 5 rubles / day.

In addition to standard promotion mechanisms, our team has developed exclusive techniques that allow you to achieve excellent results in a fairly short time. 

Question about the cases: are there any, can you name successful ones or at least share their download schedules?Yes, of course.

We worked with Supercell (Clash of Clans), with IGG (Clash of Lords, Castle Clash). We are also approached by domestic developers, for example Fenix-Soft (The Third World, the Legacy of the Ancients).

Do you work with Supercell directly?No. Through various CPI systems.

We received offers from various companies that worked directly with Supercell. However, in all other cases, we cooperate directly with these companies.

And the last question: about the ban. Many developers today are concerned that Apple may be banned for using motivated installations. What do you think about this? First of all, I would like to note that none of the AdvertMobile customers have been blocked either on the App Store or on Google Play for using motivated traffic.

Be that as it may, all the mechanisms are discussed in detail with each client in order to avoid any controversial points.
