YouAppi is going to increase ROI by advertising only suitable applications to users
Today, there are a huge number of marketing and advertising platforms on the market offering various services, such as getting to the top. The developers decide whether to use them or not in each individual case, based on the tasks set (increasing visibility, holding a position, testing the project, and so on).
The Israeli startup YouAppi offers not quite a standard model: application advertising is not offered to all users of the advertising network to which they have access, but only to those who may be interested in a particular program / game (plus targeting).
We were interested in this approach and we asked YouAppi CEO Moshe Vaknin to tell us a little more about it.
Hi! First of all, tell us why you started developing a mobile recommendation service?Moshe Vaknin
Hi!
We went to develop our own solution for the acquisition of mobile users, taking as a basis the problem that many marketers face today: a large number of downloads are not converted into paying users. We all know that the mobile platform has the future, but in order for it to be bright, mobile marketers need solutions that bring users with high LTV. That’s what we’re doing.
How does the service work?Everything is simple with YouAppi.
We recommend that users download mobile content that meets their needs and interests.
And how exactly does YouAppi determine the applications that the user prefers (do you parse which applications are on the device, do something else)? Our technology analyzes the types of applications that the user has previously downloaded to his device, as used.
Based on the data obtained, we give recommendations.
Do your recommendations work more effectively than banners and multimedia advertising? If so, how much? This is a matter of implementation.
The task of YouAppi is to select a specific mobile content for a specific mobile user. The recommendations themselves can be made in a variety of ways after the selection.
The platform works both within iOS and Android.
