Blizzard's master class on working with users
A couple of years ago, a screenshot of the correspondence of one of the players with Blizzard appeared on the network, whose specialists creatively approached the problem.
Since the editors of App2Top have just stumbled upon it, we decided to share an example of virtuoso work with the community.
The user contacted Blizzard support with the following text:
“I was permanently banned, but I want you to unban me, so I drew a unicorn for you.”
And attached a picture:
In response, a letter came:
Hello!
We have received your letter and picture. After discussing the situation with our colleagues, we came to the conclusion that there are not enough rainbows in the picture, which, as a rule, are always very many where there are unicorns. Despite this omission on your part, we have decided to unban your account, so you can continue playing at any convenient time.
***WARNING!***
Please note that this is an exception. All subsequent images of unicorns must necessarily contain rainbows, because we at Blizzard believe only in the brightest habitat of unicorns.
I hope we were able to help you. If you have any additional questions or problems, please contact us! :)
Question to the developers: what kind of letters / messages did you receive from your players and how did you react to them?
