The sequel to Battleheart will be released next week
Mika Mobile Studio, famous for the Battleheart role—playing project, announced that the sequel to the game, Battleheart Legacy, has been submitted for approval to the App Store.
Recall that the original title, which was released as early as February 2011, has a cult status without five minutes. The game was the most simplified version of the CRPG. On the one hand, the game had almost everything that you can love role–playing games for: a traditional group of adventurers (warrior, magician, thief, witch doctor, monk, and so on), micromanagement associated with an existing company (each character has its own inventory and ability tree), fights with enemies. On the other hand, the game could be played on mobile devices "without pain": thanks to the convenient controls and good UI.
As for the digital indicators. Being a paid application, Battleheart managed to visit the top five of the US box office (App Store, iPhone). In total, the game has been in the Top 10 paid apps in more than 50 regions and in the Top 10 box office apps in 37 countries.
The sequel, as far as can be judged from the information about the game, will be very different from the original. The game will become three-dimensional, traveling the world will no longer be a group of characters, but a single hero. The role-playing system has undergone radical changes and will be very close to full-fledged role-playing projects.
