Apple has allowed you to create promo codes for IAP

Yesterday it became known that Apple has implemented a toolkit that allows mobile app developers to generate promo codes for internal payments.

However, it is not entirely clear whether the new feature is available to all developers. But, for example, EA already knows how to do this. Jeff Scott, author from the website 148apps.com , shared a screenshot about getting a similar code for Real Racing 3.
