Distimo summed up the results of April
The App Store leaders in global downloads last month were far from the most obvious titles: 2048, Piano Tiles, Trials Frontier and Boom Beach! But in the box office top, everything is unchanged, according to the latest Distimo report.

The 2048 game acted as a spring blockbuster for downloads on the Apple platform. Distimo claims that the project has left competitors far behind. About 80% of downloads were on the iPhone. The most actively downloaded game was used from the USA and China.
Piano Tiles, a minimalistic game from the Chinese Umoni Studio, came in second place. Trials Frontier was in third place, with most of its downloads in China. It is curious that Boom Beach, ranked fourth in the world top downloads, has a similar situation. The Chinese downloaded the game the most actively.
