In three months, 5 million smartphones were sold in Russia

The share of “smart” phones to conventional handsets in sales has grown to 58% in physical terms and 87% in monetary terms. For comparison. last year, the figures for the same period were, to put it mildly, different – 41% and 78%, respectively.
80% of smartphones sold in the first three months of 2014 in Russia work on Android. The second place went to iOS, the third is shared between Windows Phone and Asha, which, to be honest, cannot be attributed to smartphones at all.
