What event/trend would you call the key event in the outgoing year in the mobile applications and games industry?

If anyone else doubted that the mobile market was about to become completely impossible for small independent teams to survive, then this has finally happened. I don't see anything wrong with this: firstly, it's a natural process, and secondly, anyone who wants and knows how well will achieve their goal anyway.

What would you call the main event for your company this year?

In the past year, the main thing for us was not a specific event, but a process: the process of developing our joint Clash of the Damned product with Creative Mobile. We certainly got a lot of bumps and it wasn't easy. But looking back, it's nice to realize how much we've achieved and how much experience we've gained. As usual, there are a lot of plans for next year, so all the experience, all the strength, and all the enthusiasm will be useful. The year was cool, the next one will be even cooler ;)

Please name one or two games (not from your company) that you can call the best projects on mobile platforms based on the results of the outgoing year.

As a player, I was most pleased with Infinity Blade 3 and Device 6.

IB3 went through in one go, in the best traditions of console super titles. In the future, such games will appear more and more often, and this is great.

Device 6 is completely out of bounds: a game in a slightly abandoned quest genre at the moment, with a completely ingenious way of interacting with the player. At the same time, it is commercially successful. I would not advise anyone to go the difficult way of Simogo, but the guys are definitely well done.

In free-to-play, apart from the well-known top titles, all the most interesting things, I'm sure, will only appear next year ;)
