What event/trend would you call central in the outgoing year in the mobile app and game industry?
I think everyone has noticed the aggressive movement of Asian gaming companies to the west and their attempts to gain a foothold in the Western market.
What would you call the main event for your company this year?
We had a lot of interesting events this year, but the most significant was the transition from premium products to free2play, which determined the future direction of our studio.
And, of course, the selection of our debut Cyto's Puzzle Adventure game by the worldwide Starbucks coffee chain. We became the first game studio in the CIS whose product was noticed and registered by Starbucks.
Could you please name one or two games (not from your company) that you can call the best projects on mobile platforms based on the results of the outgoing year?
Oh, this issue has created heated discussions within our team. So many great and successful titles have been released this year :)
For myself, I noted Clash Of Clans, Oceanhorn and Minecraft.
