Knights & Dragons earns $5 million a month
GREE has announced that F2P MMOG Knights & Dragons has made a profit of $5 million in 30 days. It took the project seven months to reach this figure.
The company increased its revenues gradually. In July, Knights & Dragons could boast “only” $1 million per month. It is stated that the secret to the growth of popularity are: constant updates, in-game events, as well as constant polishing.
Knights & Dragons was developed by the GREE division in San Francisco in collaboration with the Canadian company IUGO. Executive Director of GREE International Naoki Aoyagi believes that the cooperation of different teams is the key to the success of Knights & Dragons.
“We set a goal to achieve an income of $5 million in 30 days back in July. We have given our all to ensure the growth of Knights & Dragons and are glad that the hard work has paid off. Our cooperation with IUGO can be an example of building further partnerships,” Naoki added.
We first wrote about the project a year ago, when it was just included in the top 1000 of the American App Store.
