Angry Birds Go! released in New Zealand
The first information about the Finnish Angry Birds Go project! it appeared back in June 2013. The announcement was followed by a short August teaser trailer and just a few months later the game appeared in the New Zealand App Store. This is reported by Toucharcade.
Judging by the previously shown videos, the game is a fantasy on the theme of Mario Kart. At the same time, Rovio is launching a series of Telepods toys that will be recognized by the camera of a mobile device and transferred to the virtual world. Angry Birds Go! it has nothing in common in gameplay with the previous games in the series. The project is absolutely free.
According to the Toucharcade editorial board, the developers managed to simulate high-quality racing gameplay. You can not only drive on tracks with a million obstacles, but also spend time upgrading and tuning cars. Graphically, the game looks great.
How IAPs work is not specified. Most likely, Rovio launched the game in New Zealand to test the project in an isolated market, checking all the main monetization methods and the reaction of the public. Wait for the worldwide release of Angry Birds Go! it won’t be long now – the game will debut on December 11, 2013.
