WarBots Online is a mobile online strategy for indirect control
MobiDom Studio announces the upcoming release of the WarBots Online mobile strategy
WarBots Online is a multiplayer strategy game for iOS and Android that combines the mechanics of indirect control and the convenience of playing from mobile devices.
The key feature of Warbots Online is the indirect command and control scheme, in which the player only sets tasks for units, but does not control each of them directly.
In WarBots Online, you will become the commander of a human colonization fleet and join other players in a war with an advanced alien race for control of the planet Kepler-62f. You will have warbots at your disposal — universal modular robots with extensive customization and improvements. Using the game designer, you can create your own unique warbots that match your style of play.
The PVE mode of the game provides a full-fledged story campaign and separate non-plot missions for single and cooperative passage. Free PVP will allow you to measure strength with other players while completing missions on the surface of the planet.
The release of WarBots Online is scheduled for December 2013. The game will be available for iOS and Android devices and will be distributed on a shareware (FTP) model.
Before the game is released, it will undergo a closed beta test, which you can sign up for by filling out the form on the official website of the game.
