Neil Gaiman makes a game for tablets
The author of “American Gods”, “Sandman” and “Stardust” has announced the game series Wayward Manor, which will be available on mobile devices, among others.
The main character of the project is a ghost who dreams of a quiet life after death in his own mansion. The player’s task is to expel all living inhabitants from the house from the 20s of the last century up to the present day. Nothing else is known about the gameplay.
By submission, the Wayward Manor announcement itself resembles a crowdfunding campaign: there is a video with one of the authors of the project, a few sketches and an offer to buy the game at a price of $ 10 to $ 10 thousand. And in the latter case, they promise dinner with Neil Gaiman.
Despite the lack of screenshots and some specifics, the game is promised to be released this fall. It is being developed by the unknown studio The Odd Gentlemen, Moonshark will act as a publisher on mobile platforms, noted by the runner “from Stan Lee” – Verticus.
