Sega is chasing the hedgehog again
Sega continues to milk its main brand – Sonic the blue hedgehog. The other day, a Japanese company announced Sonic Dash, an endless runner for iOS.
It is being developed by the authors of the recent Sonic Jump from the English studio Hardlight. There are no screenshots or videos of the new project yet. It is only known that players will be able to compete with their, as stated in the press release, “friends, enemies and frenemies” (friends, enemies and frenemies) for the best time and distance.
Recall that ported versions of Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, Sonic The Hedgehog 4, Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing, Sonic CD and Sonic Spinball have already been released on mobile platforms. As for Sonic Jump, it was the first project specially designed for mobile. He feels that the moment is not far off when Sonic will have his own farm. However, it is not quite clear to us yet what exactly he will grow on it?
