Bitmap Brothers is porting its ancient hits to mobile devices

Mike Montgomery, co-founder of the iconic British studio Bitmap Brothers, said that other popular titles of this company will soon follow the famous Speedball 2 and Z games that have already been released on mobile devices.

Bitmap Brothers was founded back in 1987. The very first product, the rapid vertical Sci–Fi scroller with Xenon shooting, brought her wide fame. In the late 80s – early 90s, the studio created a lot of great games, including The Chaos Engine, Magic Pockets and Gods.  Montgomery noted that he would like to see the entire back catalog (which is 14 games) of the company in mobile versions on iOS and Android devices. According to him, negotiations on this matter are already underway. So we will wait for the appearance of Xenon and other hits from Bitmap Brothers on mobile devices.
